My am I so happy to be back to the blogging world. I know that's lame, but I have been able to do some really fun things, and had some really great experiences, and this is kind of like my public journal for all my friends and family. So I just missed it.
Life sure has been crazy lately! I'm not going to lie, it's been quite the trip, but I'm so good---I'm busy and happy and working on a lot of things and staying really active. I realized that my activity level is high, but my social life is still low--haha. I guess I am just really comfortable right now with being with those close ones that I love and that have always been there for me. However, I have new goals and church today really gave me motivation and inspiration to get out there, be my very best self and then just make friends and that it'll work out with faith. I'm seriously so excited!
So here's my life: I am the FHE co-chair in my ward and I'm so excited about it and loving it. We have a big fhe tomorrow at the Bishop's and it's going to be wonderful. I all of a sudden have this testimony of and desire to do FHE. Weird, I know. I always liked it, but always liked it with my own family (cousins) or my family of friends. So this will be good! I love my job. Honestly. It's wonderful! I have such a great time. This past week my new activities director and myself have been cleaning, cleaning, cleaning! We have innumerable (or so it seems) tubs of supplies and decorations and we have to sort through it all. What a task.
I am finally and officially unpacked. haha Yes. I moved in August 1st. I realized it was time when Nikki came in my room the other night and expressed sympathy that my room was still a mess and I decided to pull myself together! And boy am I so happy I finally did! I love my room---pictures of my home will hopefully come.
I have a HUGE list of activities that I want to go do. I love my job because it has made me aware of a lot of community events and activities and also the resources to look for more. So I will hopefully have more posts of random things I am doing...like at some point, going to the Cathedral of the Madeline in Salt Lake and going to the organ festival they have there.
So there's my life. I will now do a few posts of actual events or outings that are my favorites from the past few months. No need to make this post TOO long so nobody reads it...
