What a good one. Today was one heck of a busy day at work. Both Sarah and I had been gone for Wed to Fri of last week and this week is our Halloween Carnival for work so we've had lots of catch up! Well. At work we have an entire week of dress-up-days. Today was spooky hair day--check. crimped and made as big as i could get it. Tomorrow is spooky sock day. Check. I mean, just look at them! Googly eyes hot glued onto black socks. And the best part is they totally make noise when I take every step! haha So here's the outfit for tomorrow. I told Nikki that I wanted to find more ways to wear them. She said "next year!" and I said, "that's so little and so far away" she said, "once a year for googly eye socks is kinda a lot."
Then for FHE tonight we had the wonderful opportunity to host at our home. I LOVE having people over! It's so much fun. We were also responsible for the game. I had a flashback, while I was at work, of days gone by when I played Murderer in the Dark at Marilyn Scott's house after a young women's activity when I was mmmm...maybe 13. We played it and it was SO fun! And even if people didn't enjoy the game for the pure entertainment it had to offer, we were sure to sit boy-girl-boy-girl...and so holding the hand of a member of the opposite sex should have been satisying for some. It was just so fun!

i love this post! once i read it though, i decided there need to be more occasions for googley eyed socks.
I loved having an excuse to hold the hand of a member of the opposite sex. It has been AWHILE!
