a happy little visit

This past week, I had the truly joyful opportunity to have my brother, sister-in-law and adorable niece in town! They stayed at my dear Grandma's so I drove up there every evening to spend the night and visit. It really was so fun to have them here! I got to be better acquainted with dear Lillian.

I also laughed a lot.

One time. I was putting dinner in the oven and Ammon came to the kitchen, stood right in front of me and "tried" to help me take off the plastic-wrap over the pizza. It was more like he stood there with a dazed look on his face as though he was actually asleep with his eyes open and ruffled the plastic-wrap as though he really didn't know what he was doing. Then, he proceeded to open his mouth and say, "Erica's in there feeding...." Pause. Erica, our sister? Nope, not the one. Continues, "Michelle's in there feeding...." Michelle? Really? Finally, "My wife is in there feeding...." Pause. I decide to be a nice sister and say, "feeding, the child....?" haha Yes. "My wife is in the other room feeding the child." I was laughing. So. Hard. He had to take the pizza from my hands because I was doubled over and had to sit on the floor. I was laughing. And laughing. Poor tired brother. hahahaha....

But Ammo was a champ and opened my TRUNK!! I have a working trunk from the actual trunk side of it, not through my back seat. So check out the photos. It looks like I'm scared and Ammon is about to get me. Bahaha. But really, I'm just really excited, and Ammon is a proud conqueror.
