an easter miracle

Now, by no means do I want to be disrespectful or diminish the true meaning of Easter and significance of the season. I am so grateful for the real reason of Easter and I love it when it's doubled up with General Conference because it always helps me to keep a good focus.

With that being said, it was a great Easter and Rach and I had the opportunity to spend the afternoon and night together. We had a very traditional Easter dinner...ha...Spaghetti. But it was very tasty and we enjoyed using Nikki's cute Easter napkins.

ps do you like the prints in the black frames? i just got them at ikea and painted the frames. i love them.

After our first helping I suggested we go for a walk before it got too cold and too dark.I had realized that I needed to get back into taking more pictures because it makes me really happy. So I grabbed my camera and we embarked. Now, let us all count our blessings that I grabbed my camera. Because if I hadn't, we would have no proof. No one would believe us.

We step outside. And we see a very real Easter bunny. Two Easter Bunnies, in fact.

So legitimately, we concluded they were some runaways from their cage, in which they are maintained as pets. (This was deduced from the fact that we later saw two children running around looking for something under cars and in the bushes as they carried blankets, ready to pounce upon them at any glance of the little guys.) But from the looks of this one, it definitely had some issues and it's a wonder why the children would be running to the bunnies and not running from them with such devil eyes...

Regardless, Rach and I had a wonderful time taking in the moment and enjoying our little Easter Miracle.
