I am obsessed. Baking. Baking is my obsession. I've known it for a while, but I relearned it this last Thursday. I started out with making some coconut oatmeal cookies that I absolutely love! Janet and I just finished off the last one last night and I'm pretty sure I'll have to make more this week--we love them! I also got this crazy idea to make an angel food cake! My sister, Julia always has that for her birthday cake, so I've made it from a box a few times before, but never from scratch. It was so much fun! So many eggs and lots of folding...but it was a fun adventure with a sweet reward!
